Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MOOLA Magazine (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 or have parental/guardian consent.

Service Description

MOOLA is a digital magazine that offers entrepreneurial challenges, activities, and content for children aged 10 to 13. Parents or guardians subscribe on behalf of children.

User Accounts

You may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, update it as needed, keep credentials secure, accept responsibility for account activities, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Orders and Payments

MOOLA is purely digital, no physical editions. By ordering, you authorize charges via a secure payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse orders due to errors or suspicious activity.

User Content

If you or your child submit content (e.g., challenge results), you confirm you have rights to it. You grant MOOLA a license to display or use the content within the digital magazine. We won’t use user content outside the platform without consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, challenges, and materials produced by MOOLA are our intellectual property. Upon purchase, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the magazine for non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, violate laws, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it commercially without authorization.

Digital Access

Since MOOLA is digital-only, once approved, access is provided online. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet issues outside our control. You will receive your digital copy of an issue automatically and directly after payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MOOLA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your data.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes are subject to South African courts.
